Re: Error: thermal runaway... Now both extruders unresponsive
On my N2 (other printer), i started having "thermal runaway" message a waeek ago. In general, it asked to restart, so i did and it worked well after restarting... It happens at the begining of a print during buildplate heating. Today, the buildplate stopped heating 2 times when i set the v...

Re: Error: thermal runaway... Now both extruders unresponsive
You mean the pin on extruder board or in 3-pin black cable? I would recommend replace the board or the cable instead or try to fix it yourself. The cable was just completly cut where the metal pins squeeze it up. I strip the cable and refix it in the pin but without the clamp... 300H of printing la...

Re: Issues with the Pro2 Series
I think raise3D should improve the quality gates along the assembly line and also increase their numbers. To check the ability and skills and experience of the responsibles and the operators on the line, will also help. It's difficult to wait a printer while thinking it may be a "bad" or a...

Re: N2 Touchscreen not reacting to touch on it's left side
Sorry for wasting your time. I think the support team just wants to get as much as information of your issue first, then make an analysis to see whether it is exactly a hardware problem which can only be fixed by replacing parts or some other issues we can provide any help from our side before givi...

Re: Upgrade Components for N Series are Coming!
Hello, i would be only interested with getting the flat motor instead of the orginal i use with my bondtech single extruder. In order to reduce the weight and to recover the whole bed (actualy, i have a fan and an heatsink at the back of the motor and so 270mm following Y axis instead of 305mm). Is ...

Re: N2 Touchscreen not reacting to touch on it's left side
FYI, the LCD used is http://store.linksprite.com/1024x600-7-lvds-lcd-with-capacitive-touch-for-pcduino3/ The only difference is as supplied, the wide JST style wire slides over the standard header pins VS being a socket Again, this picture is the above linked screen direct from linksprite pcduino3_...

Re: N2 Touchscreen not reacting to touch on it's left side
Ticket submitted
I tried to explain the best i can and made a little history of the problems i had on my printers.
I really hope the answer will not be that touchscreen MTBF is about a little bit more than one year and that the solution is to buy a new one.
