you gotta ditch all raise software and go duet motherboard. there is a whole discussion about it on github.

unless you wait for pro3 (already announced in China), that has the software, then hack it somehow.

Re: Controlling temperature of the build space by controlling the HEPA-filter fan

I've tried taulman 910 and polymaker nylon , filaments.ca carbon fiber nylon. taulman 230. taulman bridge. best solution for now is any carbon fiber blend goes well with PEI sheet + PVA glue. any pure nylon goes well with buildtak nylon surface and some magigoo PA. the vision miner never worked for ...

it could be perfect if they introduce a mesh bed leveling with BL touch or something similar.

does the monitor mode work ?

I know Cura can store BL touch mesh mapping. if it can do that with pro2 would finally make this printer work....

Re: Questioning Pro2 Product Quality - Ongoing Issues

agree. my prusa mk3s prints way better than my pro2.

and the prusa is always evolving, not pro2.

its a technology product, not something like a C wrench. if its not improving then its junk.

nothing has been improved on the pro2 since 2018. its a giant brick.

Re: Error 3012: Temperature Sensor Error

same here. I've replaced everything in the trace, from heater rod (I have 6 in hand , all above 9ohm ), thermo couple( I have 8 in hand, each triggers error at different temps from 225 to 295c and it's consistent , all of them are Brand new) , to the extruder PCB ( I have 4 in hand) the big long rib...

Can you share some images of the printhead wiring and a picture of where the cable chain connects to the printhead? hey vicky i've gone thru that 2 years ago when problem first occured. i have now disassmbled this printer more then 50 times trying to figure out the cause and swapped every single co...

Re: temperature sensor error 3012

turns out i was too optimistic.

now each thermocouple has a designated error temp. some of em causes error at 265, and some causes error at 295 ish. but they are all consistent at their trigger temp.

and i can no longer do PID autotune.. everytime it says its failed

temperature sensor error 3012

Hey guys. I've been dealing with temperature sensor error on my PRO2 for 2 years, its the same error, and only downside of my printer. I have swapped both heater rods, both thermocouple, new extruder board, new ribbon cable, did PID autotune, and it fixed the issue in the past, not this time. its br...

if you reduce print temp the smell is better but then your layer adhesion will be weak

Re: Manual Mesh Leveling Pro2

same issue here. leveling a pro2 bed takes me a day at least with dial guage and it's never there. the 4 corners will be 0.2xx mm off at least and the center will be 0.08x mm higher . total difference is always 0.3mm it causes bed adhesion problems for nylons cuz of that . I just want something that...

Hi, Did you solve the problem? I got similar problems right now.
