Re: Firmware update has killed the lights.

Hi, I appreciate what you are saying, however, if the f/w update casued the LED's and Fan to be OFF then surely the board can control these otherwise it would have been permanent failure casued by the f/w update. If by a further update the power was supplied back to the feed then this is a clear ind...

Re: Printer Offline at exactly 12am (GMT) this morning!?!

Thanks Vicky!

I am back online now. I am pretty sure it stated 'Connection Timeout' under the Cloud settings but am not sure if that was before or after I tried a few things now. My home WiFi(s) etc. are solid as I reply on them for work so I know there is no issue there. Hopefully just a one off!

Re: Firmware update has killed the lights.

Apologies, I know this is an old thread.... Looking at other threads I read that the LED's were not on a switchable supply but that may have been on the N Series... Reading the above it appears that they actually may be on a switchable supply on the Pro2 correct? If so can we please have an optinon ...

Re: Printer Offline at exactly 12am (GMT) this morning!?!

Thanks! Cannot try anything until I am home late tonight but it was working absolutely fine via the cloud with 5 or 6 prints. Left home, a day later tried to connect and it was Offline. Assume by the lack of other replies no one else has experienced this so hopefully it is just a one off and once I ...

gcode files subfolder icon [+] visible when files deleted

Could not find anywhere to report so thought I would post here. MINOR display issue but if you delete the .gcode filed from your .stl the file view shows that there are files still under the .stl even though there are no files there. Clicking on the [+] simply changes it to a [-] as there are no fil...

Re: Printer Offline at exactly 12am (GMT) this morning!?!

Hi Vicky, it was not prinitng. I work away and left it as in was in the hope to be able to kick off a long job. When I logged into the Cloud a day later it was Offline. Is there a timeout on the WiFi at all please? I have had it restarted but it has still not connected back to WiFi. From what I know...

Printer Offline at exactly 12am (GMT) this morning!?!

Hi guys, Has anyone seen their printer go offline at 12am (GMT) today (9th April). I am not at home but had the printer turned Off/On but it is still showing as Offline in RaiseCloud. Also rebotted my router but nothing. Anyone else experiencing the same please? Is is due to todays RaiseCloud update...

Re: Is it OK to buy the Pro 2 now?

I have two major concerns: 1. Using it in a small bedroom with poor ventilation. Yes there is a HEPA filter but nobody knows how effective it is. In fact, the effect of 3D printing using any printer on health is not well known. Also, as mentioned by another user, the machine is not airtight. 2. The...

Re: Anyone have a Raise3D printer?

The ultimaker does not have direct drive extruders which IMO is a major drawback - crisp retractions, and printing any material are important for me. That's what made the choice between the ultimaker and the R3D for me. Also the second nozzle on the ultimaker is primarily designed for support print...
