Re: raise uk sales

Seems like the "ground shipping" just got a bit cheaper and the shipping options are better explained now.
So complaining can have a positive effect.

Re: raise uk sales

Nah, Royal Mail small parcel is < £6 (£5.55 or something like that). So $24 is a few hundred percent above the usual price.
If I understand the IMakr store correctly, they would send something as big and heavy as a Cubicon Single to Europe (i.e. Germany) for 20€ and the claim this is by courier.

Re: raise uk sales

So, yeah, that's what I suspected. Still it's very confusing to let people select the European warehouse and then ship from China anyway. And what's the reason to claim there are e.g. five N1 in stock in the EU warehouse but ground shipping a few kilometers could take 6-8 weeks? Anyway, it's uncommo...

Re: IdeaMaker weirdness

Thanks for the quick reply. Re #4 and #5: I see your point, but IdeaMaker is described as "compatible to most FDM 3D printers". Putting proprietary commands like M1001/M1002 makes this statement questionable, as it's likely that these have to be removed manually for most printers. Also whi...

IdeaMaker weirdness

I played around with IdeaMaker as a general purpose Slicer (i.e. not for a Raise3D printer) lately and stumbled across the following issues: 1) You can't export/import a printer profile. It's stored inside config.xml and that's it. Would be nice to be able to import/export. 2) You can only export/im...
