Re: Pro 3 problems
Well. What Problems do you run into? Our Machine had problems with the right extruder, got already a replacement. But yeah... not what I had expected from a Machine in this price range. -The Profiles are not very well tuned in. -The Temperature regulation of the Hotends is garbage, even after PID Tu...

Re: Tree Supports PLEASE!!!
But why stopping at Tree Supports? Other Slicers are already at Organic Support. Or like Bambu combines normal (for touching bildplate) with tree support. Another option will be to create Profiles of the Printers for e.g. Prusaslicer, Cura, Orca ... so the user is free to use what slicer he prefers...

Re: Pro3 printing quality (Ringing or ghosting, rippling)
Core XY has only 2 rods for Y and only 1 for X Axis, so 3 instead of 6 as on Raise3d or Ultimakers. Less moving mass, less ringing/ghosting. Linear Rails and so on possible instead of only rotating rods... if only one motor is moving the Printhead moves in a 45° angle. Downside, longer and more comp...

Re: Pro3 printing quality (Ringing or ghosting, rippling)
Well.... these printers aren't core XY, and I doubt that these are problems from the printers themselves, it is the slicing as the Slicers doesnt use G2/G3 GCode Commands. So every curve is just an adding up on short lines, where evertime the printer gets a new command for each segment, also the ext...

Re: Pro3 Hyper Upgrade Print Settings???
You're right, the settings are.... lets be nice... without great use for printing.... HyperSpeed ABS: Heatbed at 70°C... much to low for ABS... even cooling for ABS is set to 100% from the the 3rd layer on and the external cooling fan also.... plus minimum layertime to 10sec... not really high speed...

Re: Pro3 Plus Constant Issues
Yes, see attached picture. You'll want to reuse the heater cartridge and thermisistor from the original hotend. You might need some pliers to pry open the original heater block to remove the heater cartridge, at which point the heater block is garbage. I feel like I have internal installation instr...

Re: Problems with the second extruder
don't know, our support partner has sent us a new right extruder. Haven't tested it yet, but the linear motion is again scratchy but it doesn't need as much force. So hoping for the best
Don't even know if it is a design flaw or just some manufacturing defect. Perhaps just a unlucky series...

Re: Problems with the second extruder
well... we got ours end of january so... keep an eye on that... problems started after the 3rd or 4th dual color print. You can already see if there is a problem if you remove the cover between the two extruders (the one with only one screw and the Raise Logo) and have a look if the slider is going ...

Re: Problems with the second extruder
Have a look at the sliding mechanism. In our case there is a mechanical problem with the guide rod (A) of the sliding mechanism of the right extruder. The pressfit of the rod (A) is to weak, the Linear ball bearing (B) to catchy and with this the rod gets wobbled out of his fitting and with every li...

Re: Adaptive extruder width
Are there any news? Variable Line Width (as Amos wrote: like Arachne Engine) would make the Prints: -Faster (space between the walls will be filled with 1 or 2 thicker lines insted of zigzag infill moves) -Nicer (crumbled Infill won't show in outer shells) -Sturdier (thicker lines creates more stabl...

Re: Pro3 Hyper Upgrade Print Settings???
I don't understand what you need. Ideamaker 4.4.0 Alpha has everything you need in the templates for the Hyperspeed PLA and ABS. for the possible Acceleration and flowrates have a look at their manual (far down on the page) (max. 10k mm/s² Accel, 350mm/s Speed, Jerk of 10 and Flowrate of 30mm³/s) ht...

Re: Hyperspeed FFF Temperature regulation problem
For the temperature Problem, have you tried a PID Autotune? For me it had helped. only jumping ±1°C after the procedure.

Re: Hyperspeed FFF Temperature regulation problem
Oh my. Our new "3 weeks old" Printer also have the hotend switching problem... The Temperature regulation issue was also observed here... today I made a PID Auto Tuning hopefully it gets rid of this extrem waves. Whats nice of the "upgrade" update... the Hotend Fans stand still u...
