Re: Pro2 bad print

Thank you for the update. It is possible cooling is the issue as when you are printing 2 models this will give time for the first model to cool down while the second is printing.

Re: Part detached from support and moved when printing

there is a chance the issue is with the small surface area of the supports, but something that may help here is the setting z-hop at retraction as it will move the print bed down as the print head moves and this can prevent any collisions. This setting is found in the extruder tab of the template an...

Re: Axe Z Bloked Raise Pro 2

Thank you for the pictures. The issue here could be the silver coupler just under the z-axis motor and I recommend checking to see if this has broken. as for the belt, I do not recommend ever removing it as it is very difficult to slip back on as it requires slightly stretching the belt and I recomm...

Re: End of Print Prompt

Unfortunately, there is no way to remotely bypass the finish print screen as it is a safety mechanism to prevent the printer from starting a new job with the old job still on the build plate.

Re: Disable the "Task finished" menu after printing in the latest RaiseTouch

The task finished screen is there as a fail-safe to prevent the printer from starting a new task without the previous being removed first and is not something that will likely be removed. I am sorry for the furstration.

Re: Pro2 Plus Bed Adhesion Issues

You can try making the z-offset a bit closer than the .2mm feeler gauge to provide a bit more squish to the bed or you can slow down the first layer to ensure it lays down strong enough for this. I also agree with preheating the machine before attempting the print.

Re: Dual Extrusion Excess Material Issues (PLA and PVA+)

PVA as a material will ooze a bit no matter what, but due to the water-soluble nature of the material, you can just dissolve it away. For the PLA you can try increasing your retraction material amount a bit or reduce the printing temperature by a bit to reduce the excess material.

Re: Pro2 bad print

since the issue seems to be one-sided something I would recommend checking is if your cooling fan on the left side is functioning by going to the tune menu and set the fan speed to 100. Can you also share the Gcode file for this print?

Re: Dual Extrusion Excess Material Issues (PLA and PVA+)

For drying the PVA I recommend 50c for 12 -24 hours and I recommend doing this even for brand new spools of material as it can absorb moisture on its way to you. As for reducing the leaking of the material, You can use the setting cooldown inactive extruder to cool the not in use hot end during the ...

the U axis is the name of the right side print head as we cannot have 2 X-axis variables.

Re: Parts of model won't pass slicing

the issue here is likely that the areas in question are getting to be too thin and Ideamaker cannot calculate them properly and it then omits them. Adjusting your thin wall settings or reducing your shell count to 1 may be helpful here.

Re: Dual Extrusion Excess Material Issues (PLA and PVA+)

For the PVA, did you dry the material before use?

Also printing the PVA with the .6mm nozzle is a bit excessive as you will not need that much material extruded and a .1mm layer height with a .6 nozzle is achievable but it does start hitting the upper limit of what it can do.

Re: Force z-seam location?

The issue here is most likely due to the place you want the seam it is considered an overhang and turning off the setting in the bottom left corner where it stops the overhang from printing may fix this.

Re: Printing stuck after ironing at mid surface layer

Thank you for the update. It looks like the material is jamming and this could be for a few reasons such as too high of an extruder tension, the front fan dying, or could be a material issue. Can you confirm if the front fan is functioning properly and can you try resetting your extruder tension by ...

Re: RAISE3D E2 - WARPING

From your description, it sounds like you may be printing the ABS at too low of a temperature and this can cause issues with warping as the material will not have enough squish to the build plate. I reccomend trying the ABS template built into Ideamaker as this tends to work well for most ABS materi...
