This feature is still under development and does sometimes not function and using a USB is still the preferred update method.

Re: Difference in Raise3D PLA Premium vs. Colorful Filament?

Can you let me know if you are printing with the lid on or off of the machine as this can trap the heat of the bed and hot end and with most PLA materials start causing jamming issues? The Premium PLA is more resistant to this so that may explain why you are having fewer issues.

Re: First Layer Extrusion ist irregular

Can I have you check if your printer uses relative or absolute as this can cause issues with how the printer will extrude material and I would also recommend that you ensure your start Gcode is correct?

Re: Request for advice on setting up slicing

Based on the top surface what may be happening here is either the solid fill flow rate is too high or your infill overlap setting is not high enough causing the lines to not merge properly.

Re: Nozzle Swap Servo not functioning

can you let me know if when you are attempting the swap there was a blue light shining out the back of the filament runout sensor when the right hot end is supposed to be lowered? The board that is on the back of the runout sensor housing is the Shifting Assembly Control Board and if this is not sen...

There should be some smaller black thumb screws that came with the printer in the brown box. I have included a picture of the parts in question.

Re: on site technician?

Unfortunately, Raise3d does not have any on-site technicians at this time. I do recommend that you go ahead and create a support ticket as one of our tech support agents would gladly help get the printer back to working order.

Re: strange isseu with created Gcode in marlin

After reviewing the code generated by ideamaker, when compared to our templates, I do not see any references to retracting and reprinting after including G92 that is included in our start Gcode, so it does appear that all of these issues are related to the start gcode Unfortunately, the Gcode does n...

Once you swap the hot-end out you can click the gear icon in the top right corner and then click maintainece and re-run the offset calibration for the left hot end and the XY offsets for the printer as well.

Re: De-registration

It is very likely that the hot end caught the part and caused this layer shift and when it broke free it continued the print in the wrong place. Can you let me know how long the print was left in the paused state due to the runout?

Re: Questioning Pro2 Product Quality - Ongoing Issues

I am sorry that you are not happy that we do not have auto leveling for the pro2 as the design when it came out was that due to the rigid structure of the aluminum bed an auto bed leveling probe is not necessary.
