Re: Stepp in high 42 mm from 4mm

Something that may help here is to turn on the setting Z-hop at retraction as this will have the print bed move down during a move step and this can reduce the chance of a possible collision. You can find this setting under the extruder tab of the settings and I would reccomend that the value be set...

Re: PETG get to soft with lid

Unfortunaly it does sound like the PETG you are printing with does not do well in the higher temp environment and is jamming so for this brand of PETG it is best to print with the lid off.

Re: Pause at Height

Unfortunaly you are unable to move the axis during a a pause as this can cause the print head to not move back to the proper position and can damage the printer.

Re: Resume print n2+ after filament ran out.

Unfortunaly it is not possible to recover a print after it has passed its layer as the printer will need to rehome the print bed and this can cause a colission.

Re: Bed-level assembly side-screw goof

It is always a good idea to side on the side of being too high as we can always lower it back down to the proper offset without risking any damage to the surface.

Re: Stepp in high 42 mm from 4mm

From the picture it looks like you are having a large amount of stringing and something I would like to look at here is the hot ends themselves to see if they are leaking any material. Can you send me pictures of the hot ends?

Re: Board Error every time I stop a print

Thank you for the update. For now the issue is only occuring with a print is stopped and while it is an odd issue you should still be able to use the machine for prints.

Re: Are my extruder cooling fans supposed to run?

Unfortunaly I cannot reccomend this option as it would require modification of the cables and the only way you could run both off the same power would be to plug both side fans into the 2 unused ports on the right side of the board as this provides a constant power to the fans.

Re: Z-layer too high - print high different

this could be related to the first layer higher setting being a bit too high compared to your normal layer height and something we can try is lowering the first layer height to match your layer height.

Re: Duplication mode failed

Thank you for the update. The PLA should not need to be dried as PLA itself is not hygroscopic and something I would like to check here is if the front fan of the print heads are spinning without making any loud noises or possibly missing a fan blade? Can you also share the Gcode file you were print...

Re: Extruder does not feed filament

it is possible that the issue here could be caused by moisture in the filament as nylons are able to absorb moisture easily and if it has this could cause jamming issue.

Re: Bed-level assembly side-screw goof

For this issue there is no specific mounting point for the pin assembly and if you were messing with the z-offset it is likely that you homed the bed first and if you did you should be able to remount the pin up in the assembly until the light on the end stop just starts to dim and this should be ve...

Re: Duplication mode failed

Can you let me know what brands of pla you are printing with and can you also try swapping the filament between the 2 print heads and try the print again to see if the issue is with the filament or if there is an issue with the right print head?

Re: Board Error every time I stop a print

I am sorry that you are encountering this error and this error is indicating that the Motion control board firmware is not loading properly and is failing. It is very strange that it is occuring only when a print is stopped, but if updating the Motion control board firmware did not fix the issue the...

Unfortunately the z-offset value will vary between printers and this issue would be best assessed by our support techs as this is an uncommon issue.
