Re: strange isseu with created Gcode in marlin

After reviewing the code generated by ideamaker, when compared to our templates, I do not see any references to retracting and reprinting after including G92 that is included in our start Gcode, so it does appear that all of these issues are related to the start gcode Unfortunately, the Gcode does n...

Re: What to calibrate after hotend change on the pro3

Once you swap the hot-end out you can click the gear icon in the top right corner and then click maintainece and re-run the offset calibration for the left hot end and the XY offsets for the printer as well.

Re: De-registration

It is very likely that the hot end caught the part and caused this layer shift and when it broke free it continued the print in the wrong place. Can you let me know how long the print was left in the paused state due to the runout?

I am sorry that the auto-update feature is not functioning for you and I will send this over to our development team so they can address this in future raise touch versions.

I am sorry that it has not been addressed as of yet, but our development team is aware of this and it should be addressed in a future version of the firmware.

Re: Questioning Pro2 Product Quality - Ongoing Issues

I am sorry that you are not happy that we do not have auto leveling for the pro2 as the design when it came out was that due to the rigid structure of the aluminum bed an auto bed leveling probe is not necessary.

Re: Support placed in the module

It looks like the model that is yellow has flipped normals causing the model to not slice properly. To fix this you can select the model and then at the top of ideamaker select repair and flip mesh orientation.

Re: E2 / Nothing sticks any more

Thank you for the update. I am glad to hear you were able to find the cause of your issue. A leaking hot end could be causing an under extrusion of the material and this would prevent adhesion properly as there would not be the expected material squish holding the print to the bed.

Re: Random switching between hotends.

Thank you for the update. Can I have you plug back in the servo and then heat both hot ends up to 180c and then extrude material out of the right hot end to cause the right hot end to activate and lower. Once you have done this can you look at the back of the runout sensor where the servo plugs in a...

Can you try manually updating the machine by downloading the latest version of the firmware and following this guide to perform the update to see if it will update? https://support.raise3d.com/E2/how-to-u ... -1143.html

Thank you for the update. on the Male connector for the fan itself, there should be some silver tabs that you can depress and pull out the wire from each side and swap them.

Re: Jam between Extruder entrance and Gears

The best way to remove any material from this section of the extruder is to remove the extruder from the printer then take a short length of the Jam removal rod (the long metal wire) and carefully but firmly push from the top to try and push out any material stuck in there. This needs to be done sep...

Re: strange isseu with created Gcode in marlin

Thank you for the update. It is standard that the retracted material matches the restart material to ensure the material is primed at the nozzle, and can you let me know if you have encountered any issues with the gcode when run with your printer? If you do can you share the full gcode file?

Re: E2 / Nothing sticks any more

Thank you for the update. It does show that the z-offset is much higher than the bed than it should be and from the log it looks like the probed offset values are changing a bit and this could be showing an issue with the probe itself triggering too early and what I would like to do at this point is...
