Re: Help with thermistor
If you are getting a temperature reading of 300c when turning the printer on this is an indication that the temperature reading from the thermocouple is not reaching the Motion controller board so I would reccomend checking your thermocouple connection and your Extruder connection cable connection (...

Re: Loading filament difficult on e2
Your method of loading the machine is a bit extreme and this should not be necessary for standard loading, the only thing you may need to do is cut the end of the filament to a point to allow the end of the filament to more easily feed into the hot end. Can you send some pictures of the internal par...

I am sorry that this feature is not available at this time and I will go ahead and send your suggestion over to the development team to see if this is something they can add into a future version of the firmware.

Can you let us know if you have the bond tech extruder upgrade installed on the machine as a factory reset could have reset your steps per unit to the stock value.

Re: Problems with a new E2CF
For this issue I would first reccomend ensuring the materials have been dried before use as the 2 materials can absorb moisture from the air and this can cause issues with how the material prints and in this case it could cause the PA12CF to not stick properly to its support material causing the shi...

Re: next day clog AFTER printing and unloading filament
The water cooling solution that some people have done to their printer is a bit overboard as the main cooling solution for the Pro2 is more than capable of preventing heat creep as long as the fan is functioning properly and the heat sinks are not resting on top of the aluminum heat blocks. Most of ...

Re: Teflon sleeve for nozzle lifting assembly
Unfortunately this part cannot be 3d printed as it needs to be made with PTFE to survive the wear and tear of filament. The piece you have in the picture is no longer being produced because it has been integrated into the larger PTFE tube which is a full drop in replacement for the older one and tha...

Re: Error MaxTempExceeded on heater 1
This error indicates that there is an issue with the left hot end of your machine and with it occuring at the startup of the machine I would reccomend checking your thermocouple of the left hot end to see if it is damaged and if it is not it is likly the Extruder connection cable that comes out the ...

For this issue I reccomend creating a support ticket at help.raise3d.com and one of our technical support agents will be more than happy to help you figure out why the hot end has fallen out of your printer and get you back up and running.

Re: TPU95A Clogging
On the pro2 there are a few things that can be done to help TPU suceed. 1. You will need to replace the Long PTFE filament guide tube with a shorter length of tube. This is because with TPU filaments the friction from the tube starts to build up and eventually will cause jamming issues with the fila...

Re: next day clog AFTER printing and unloading filament
This type of error is not common for the printer and you should not need to unload the printer between printing. I would reccomend ensuring that the material is unloaded at about 10c hotter than your standard printing to ensure that all the material is melted out and nothing can fall of the end caus...

Re: Right Extruder doesn't move drive gear anymore
There should be a small grub screw on the internal gear of the assembly that seems to have become loose. I reccomend to try and manually turn the gear and find the grub screw and see if you can tighten it.

Re: NylonX printing on Raise3D Pro V2
At this time it is not recommended to use a build surface other than build tak and if you are having issues with the Nylon X not sticking properly you may want to look at either reduce first layer print speeds to allow the material to get a stronger grip on the bed ensure that the external cooling f...

different colors of materials can sometimes have different properties due to the dye used for each color so it is possible you may need to reduce the temperature of the material for your print.

Re: Dual Extruder need Dual Fan control
Unfortunately at this time we are not implementing this setting at this time as asymmetric cooling can start causing more issues as any material that is being printed on one side with the fan on will cool the material you do not want cooled causing the material in question to possibly fail. If you w...
