Re: Bond Tech Extruders . Any good, whats the improvement?
The lastest is Direct dual drop in replacement from bondtech
http://shop.bondtech.se/ec/upgrade-kits/raise3d/raise3d-dualdirect-upgrade.html
It works with every filament, it never skips.
Bondtech is popular amongst serious makers for all their machines.

Re: PROBLEM PRINTING MULTIPLE ITEMS ON N2
I had same issues that was recently fixed.
One side of my z axis was off from the day I got my machine.
Try printing multiple items more on the side that gave you a better print.
1 quick fix is to install spring bed mod.

Have anyone tried this? Think they can custom cut to fit N2 They already have one for N1. Please share your thoughts for those who are using on N1. Re: N2 sized PEI sheet from CS Hyde
Guess 12.5x13.5 won’t affect the printable area and the sheet can be help by clips.
Just curious how did this turn out? Is it good?
Any photos?

Re: Touchscreen Firmware 0.9.2 Release Note 2017.22.06
A quick note on a possible minor bug in the latest Raise Touch firmware 0.9.2.1026. I recently upgraded to the Bondtech dual drive and needed to update to latest Raise Touch firmware in order to adjust E-steps per unit. This worked fine but I also tried PID autotune. The left nozzle worked correctl...

Re: Step-E per MM settings
The Step-E setting is in "Printer Settings" -> "Step-E per MM". The 0 in ideaMaker is defualt setting in firmware. You can input any other parameter to cover the default setting. You can decrease the flowrate to achieve the same result as configuring the Step-E. Or X, Y compensa...

I think buildtak will work very well with this in a long run.
hairspray can be cheap but messy with the cleaning and preparation of the surface everytime.

Re: Print Speed.
So yes, plenty of examples of why gcode with a given feed rate depending on segment length is NEVER going to reach the same speeds as a UM2. The UM has no extruder motors on the moving head. The N series can have dual extruder motors on the moving head. Thanks for clarification. I will just print i...

Print Speed.
I noticed the print speed is suppose to be faster that ultimaker 2. But when i print the exact same model in 2 different printer.. Although UM2 is set at print speed of 41.7mm/s it finishes faster than N2+ at 50mm/s I have check every setting from print speed to extrusion, retraction, x/y/z speeds e...

Re: Hardware Revision List
Received my N2+ today.
noticed a few things..
one being there is only 1 LED strip. It would be a lot nicer to have 1 more on the other side.
e.g. i have an ultimaker 2 ext, and it has 2 strips on each sides to evenly light up the printer.
