This is very, very, very, very frustrating. Some PLA filaments print fine, some can't make it through a single print without filament grinding. Even with two different colors of brown from the same manufacturer (tan vs. beige) one prints fine the other, beige as shown above does not. The successful...

The HEPA filter is not only used for material odors but also small particles that can be produced while printing. For this reason, we recommend that it be in use at all times while the machine is printing. Just have to wonder why there is such a big daylight air gap up the side of it in the filter ...
