Re: BEST SUPPORT SETTINGS FOR RAISE 3D N2 PLUS

Trying to find the best support settings in ideamaker for PLA and/or ABS for the raised 3d n2 plus. Best meaning the supports come off easily and the post cleanup is minimal. Any suggestions? ABS supports are leaving a very rough finish on parts. Single extruder, so I'm not running any water solubl...

Re: Any ideas what's happening here?

Hi, Another test to print a simple thick rectangle using the PLA that came with my printer. The first layer looks pretty good initially and then starts a rippling or stippling effect. Any idea why it would suddenly vary like this? What does it indicate? Given it's in an area could it be there is so...

Re: grinding filament

Hi all, I see multiple issues with grinding filament (mostly PRO) but not a lot of solutions on the forum. I have an E2, and I keep struggling with some filament brands to get them to print right. Sooner or later the gear will start to grind during a print. It's almost never at the same point durin...

From the edge of the rail to the first fastener is 10mm

The distance between each fastener is 25mm from center point to center point.

10mm to the edge of the first hole or the center?

10mm to the edge of the fastner.

Re: Assembly Drawing of Raise 3D head?

Hello, Is there an assembly drawing of a raise3d Pro 2? The documentation is very tough to follow, and it is located in several different places. Also, is there more of a formal manual other than the quick start guide? Thanks, Tim Unfortunately, we do have this sort of documentation at the moment. ...

Re: Blurred camera images on Pro2+

You can find your camera located at right front corner above the top cover but facing to print plate. Once you find it, please check whether the film of the camera has been removed or not. If so, you can manual rotate the bulge lens to adjust focus. Sorry for replying to such an old topic, but I'm ...

Re: Nozzle retraction assembly

How do I troubleshoot the Pro2 nozzle retraction system? My right nozzle is "stuck" in a down position. Heating left with right set to zero changes nothing. I can't find any information about how this system works or how to disassemble to inspect it. Are there any special lubricants to us...

Re: Questioning Pro2 Product Quality - Ongoing Issues

I would suggest creating a support ticket so that one of our technical support engineers can better assist you in resolving these issues with the machine. Please don't be too harsh with me about this. I've tried to solve things myself, but I'm beaten. I'm a former firefighter, rescue worker, I repai...

Hi all, I got an e2 whose left hotend's cables (thermistor and thermocouple) got accidentally cut during the removal of a blob and then their connector heads completely melted when I baked the hotend in the oven to remove the rest of the filament from it  . Re: E2 maintenance?

So I've been printing with a lot of red PETG and have noticed that the rail the heads slide on has a thin layer of orange goo on the stainless facing the front of the box. I ASSUME this is some lubricant that has picked up color from the PETG offgassing. I've been wiping it with IPA, which makes it...
