OK thanks I will try the first 2 things and see if that helps.. for the gantry..I'm pretty lost. The instructions and the pictures contradict themselves. With the Gantry adjustment doc I am having trouble mostly with where I'm supposed to be placing the blocks.. and what screws I unscrew and tighten...

Please disable the motors from touchscreen and move the extruder around manully and check whether the noise is there. If so, moving in which direction or which section sounds worse. Hello anyone who might be able to help me.. I have had my machine since the kickstarter.. it has never printed great... but well enough for what I needed.. sometimes I needed to replace parts.. and I did need to replace the ribbon cable, main board, steppers and a couple motors, hot ends, thermocoup...

Thanks Jetguy I will read that and see if it helps DS2017 Yes I can load the filament and extrude it for as long as I leave it load for. I have tried the cube you get with ideaMaker I do have all the latest software/firmware as well. It prints a raft and thats about it for the cube And I am not sure...

I'm not sure what your saying...?? the connection is fine, I unplugged them and plugged them back in.. no difference.. still comes up with errors about every second time I try to print anything.. I have pretty much give up using this thing.. great big expensive paper weight is what its turned into.....

I'm using a 3 prong power cord Checked the wires all good and the ground is fine as far as I can tell.. my Z18 is plugged into the same powerbar and has zero problems.. And no I dont print with both machines at the same time..so there is no power problems either. Couple things to check if you haven'...

I just got my V2 hotend.. so I will try to get it on the machine this weekend.. but still no coupler.. I'm assuming this is still going to be a problem...broken coupler..

Can someone please send me one?? Its been almost a month since that was supposed to be sent to me?

As soon as I get the V2 hotend I'll give it a try. So the answer is to slow the printer down and reduce the flow rate? Its already super slow at standard settings.. why are other peoples printers working fine with standard settings? This is too much work.. I have no time to mess around and spend mor...
