Smaller Raise3D
I have a 3D printing farm which includes a Raise3D Pro2 printer. I am looking to expand with a large number of smaller printers but would like to keep with Raise3D equipment. Do you know if Raise3D plan to introduce a smaller machine?

I would be more that happy to test beta versions if it would help.

Re: z probe/sensor upgrade
Agreed. Surely it would be easy to offer this? Just open it up with the firmware changes and offer an STL for the mount. This way you won't be losing printer orders from people that have to print with different materials.

Any news on this? I need to add at least 2 new printers but I can't go for more Pro2 until I know what is happening regarding Z-offset detection.

Re: z probe/sensor upgrade
I haven't got any clear plan to involve auto-leveling into Pro2 series. Will feedback your thoughts to the developing team. Maybe they can see whether it is possible to bring it to reality in future generation products. I think it would be a good idea to get a clear plan....quickly. I don't believe...

Re: RaiseTouch going slow
You can take notes of your current settings and restore the touchscreen back to factory settings to see whether it helps or not. You can also test with wired mouse to see whether it is a slow screen or only has poor response to touch. I was correct. I deleted everything in the local storage and it ...

They are shown when you make changes to the default profiles.

RaiseTouch going slow
I've noticed that my RaiseTouch is getting very slow to respond to touches. It wasn't slow initially.
Would the 500+ files in the local storage be to blame? If so how do I clear the local storage?

Re: Highlight changes
It's not about looking pretty, it's about being easily noticeable when skimming through the profile to check after changes are made for specific prints.

z probe/sensor upgrade
Is anyone else having problems with the z-offset when switching between material with different bed temperatures? I print mainly in PLA and ABS on the same Pro2 but when switching between the 60c and 100c bed temperatures the z-offset changes. I also believe the levelling changes slightly with the t...

Would it be possible to highlight the "revert" icon to make it a bit more noticeable with making profile changes? Maybe have it is red and bold?

Exactly! it does help a lot when trying to remove model from the bed. Surely it is the same if a print finishes. At the moment I have to manually lower the bed to remove shorter prints.

Stepper low current mode
What effect does switching to the stepper low current mode having on the actual printing/mechanics of the machine? I understand the option was introduced to improve PLA printing by reducing the motor temperatures, but if it doesn't have any effect on printing why not have low current for all materia...

Re: Does Raise3D actually use there own printers?
You are right, it only works for manually stop instead of print completes. If the print completes the whole gcode, it will just follow what gcode asks the printer to do. .....so can it be changed so the option controls after prints complete too? Its kind of pointless controlling manual stops but no...

Re: Does Raise3D actually use there own printers?
Do you mean you want to the bed lower after print completes? There is an option in touchscreen that you can choose how much you'd like to have the bed to move. I tried this option but it only seems to work when you manually stop a print. If the print finishes on its own then the bed doesn't lower b...

RaiseApp
I'm sure this has been mentioned before but the Pro2 really should have a mobile app to give basic controls and remote monitoring of the printer. I understand that these features will be part of RaiseCloud but I'm sure I'm not alone in saying that I have no interest in all the advanced features of R...

Re: Major Update & Improvements for Pro2 and N Series
I notice that the acceleration overrides have been removed from the Pro2 templates in ideaMaker. Is this correct? After installing all these updates my usually quiet Pro2 now sounds like it is trying to rattle itself to pieces!!!
