Can I get the trial version of Idea Maker as well....I'm having similar issue with the nozzle dragging across the part on the solid bass layers, which I have set to 10

When you replace the coupler make sure you get one with set screws, and they are very affordable you can get a pack a 5 for 10.00 via amazon prime

I'm having a similar problem with PLA material, can someone weigh in on this problem. My issue is slightly different, in the fact that I'm using the default template for PLA 1.75mm and It starts to either under extrude or drag the nozzle on the 2nd and 3rd layers of the actual part but not on the raft

I was able to run some material through a dehydrator and that seemed to fix the stringiness problems, so I am happy.

I'm having the same problem with my PLA prints as well, with the default nozzle temp at 205°
