Re: E2 Settiing, Machine, Update, Online Update, Automatic Update setting Enabled but not working.

I am sorry that the auto-update feature is not functioning for you and I will send this over to our development team so they can address this in future raise touch versions. For who this option is working? Only in your internal network inside raise3d? on mine machines: E2 - not working Pro2 plus - ...

Re: E2 Settiing, Machine, Update, Online Update, Automatic Update setting Enabled but not working.

Ryan, I can and do currently manually update the firmware, but I would like to utiliize the automatic update feature. Yesterday I updated to 0.3.1026, but I had to do so manually. Thank you Raisetouch hasn't been updated for almost a year and a half and is still very buggy and incomplete. I have 4 ...

Re: Opinions about E2?

Hello, to all E2 owners... Is he worth his money? Compared to the Pro 2 series, improved? But be REAL ;-) Thanks I have a love/hate relationship with the E2. I LOVE the enclosed machine and IDEX. I hate the buildtak surface and stock heater/nozzle setup. But that's fixable by replacing the buildtak...

Re: RAISE3D E2 - WARPING

What you may find if you use a PIE powder coated flex steel sheet is that it will pull way from the magnets because the adhesion is so good. I still use vision minor adhesive on all my prints for peace of mind. What Ihave done with all my build plates is to start with the Raise3D spring steel sheet...

Next version of Raisetouch? 15 mon since last update

Is there an ETA for release of a Raisetouch update? The last version was 15 months ago and there are a lot of small irritating bugs in the software I would like to say goodbye to.

Re: Silk PLA "spiderwebbing"

I bought a Raise3d E2 a few months back and have had a great experience with it so far with the exception of silk PLA filament. TL;DR: Read the last sentence The problem: About an hour and a half into any print with silk filament, the top few layers start to get very spiderwebby and lose density, a...

Re: RAISE3D E2 - WARPING

2 - I saw some reports of the use of a PEI sheet by some members of the forum, those who use it wanted to know if they only use it or use glue or even kapton tape to fix the prints. PEI powdercoated spring steel sheets are the only way to go, IMO. The buildtak sucks. I probably went through 10 buil...

Re: Copperhead Heater Cartridge

Been running the copperheads with .4 vanadium hardened nozzles on one of the E2s for the last 5 days and it's a night and day difference compared to the terrible stock heatbreak/hot block. I ordered 4 more sets yesterday so I can upgrade my other two E2s. Highly recommended to do this if you have a...

Re: E2 duplication problems

I'm hoping someone can offer some advice for using the E2 in duplication mode. If I don't use a raft, one side doesn't stick to the bed. If I do use a raft, it is impossible to remove the parts from the raft. Say goodbye to the terrible stock build plates with the adhesive stickers that Raise uses ...

Re: Probe offset bug

So, the limit of the offset is 4.00 - the max it will let you enter. HOWEVER the auto-adjust of the right extruder when you change the left extruder overcomes this limit, making potentially damaging changes. Both were initially set to 2.00. I updated the right to 4.00, and the left still 2.00. When...

I have noticed in our system that you have also created a ticket regarding the issue. Re: Extruder and Cooling Fan Life Expectency

I just finally ordered some custom wire length and connector sunon fans in bulk so they were plug and play replacements. The stock Raise3D fans in the e2 are garbage. They get noisy and then die way too fast. Sounds like the Pro2 ones are similar/same.

Bed leveling weird results

So I was having problems with the left side of the bed near the back 1/4 having problems with print quality (I usually print on the front half). I ran the bed leveling and it said the left side was WAY higher than the right. So much so that I needed to do the manual leveling by adjusting the 5 screw...

Thanks a lot! Very clear. Tomorrow I will try. If I want to use a new SD what I need to install on it? I don't think I can just insert a new empty SD card?! I would just try reseating it first (press and release to unseat it, then press again to reseat. Maybe remove it completely and blow off conne...

Re: error 3031 ?

I'm not sure, the E2 board has an SD card? Where is it? Thanks It's hard to see in their how-to (note to Raise3D staff, WHY ARE YOUR HOW-TO PICTURES SO TINY?), but it's on the left side of the motion controller board. It's an 8GB Sandisk miniSD on the one I have in this pic. I took a bigger picture...
