Re: restore factory raise 3d pro2

I had the same phenomenon and resolved as follows:
Turn the printer off, then back on. Then set the language to "english" and try the reset to factory settings again.

With that statement you shot yourself in the knee.

If the cause was heat creep, a larger hole won't improve the problem.

Re: E2 Paused printing

Normally, every advertisement that is published in Europe should say that the manufacturer does not offer direct support! The way it is handled now, a European customer only notices this when he requests help but does not receive it. That should be forbidden!

You will probably have no choice but to dismantle the extruder and clear the blockage.

Re: Filament Monitor

Unfortunately, we can't advise on making any types of modifications to the machine. The type of sensor that you are referring to would be very expensive to produce and make reliable enough to the point at which it would detect if the filament was jammed or tangled. This type of sensor would drive t...

Other mothers have beautiful daughters too! ;) As an EU citizen, you don't have to buy US products if you are denied support in this way. The label on my printer quote Shanghai Fusion Tech Co., China. Looks like a Chinese company with headquarters in Usa and and European offices in Netherlands. Reg...

Re: First Layer Quality

Unfortunately you did not answer my question about which material you print with. I ALWAYS print such parts without a raft! Assuming your layer height is 0.2 mm, then set your first layer settings like this: First layer height 0.2 mm Leave the flowrates at 100%. Reduce printing speed significantly. ...

Can you show pictures please?
What kind of filament are you printing?
I only use 0.2 mm nozzle spacing for PET-G. For PLA and ABS, 0.08 - 0.1 mm nozzle spacing works best for me.

same here. I've replaced everything in the trace, from heater rod (I have 6 in hand , all above 9ohm ), thermo couple( I have 8 in hand, each triggers error at different temps from 225 to 295c and it's consistent , all of them are Brand new) , to the extruder PCB ( I have 4 in hand) the big long ri...

Re: Fake Screws

Dear people
this solution is botch! Parallelism errors and misalignments are compensated for by fixed and floating bearings. But not through loose portal bars! Are we talking about mechanics or blacksmithing?

Fake Screws

Since I bought the printer at the beginning of this year, I noticed popping noises when printing cylinders or bores that seemed to come from the portal system. I know such noises from mechanical engineering when mechanical tensions are released. Since all screws were tightened, I suspected the hangi...
