When I change filament I clip off the old filament at the top of the extruder, then feed the new filament right behind the old one. It is actually a faster process.

The calibration files that were in earlier versions of IdeaMaker are missing from version 3.4.2. Are they available somewhere else?

I too am having similar problems with high temperature filaments. Are the heat sinks available?

I had the same issue last weekend with PLAS3D PLA filament. Removed the cover and used a #45 drill bit and a small 12 volt B&D drill on slow. Carefully drilled out the plastic.

I am not having printing issues but find the feed steppers to run very hot. I have printed a cover extender to raise the top cover about 4 inches. Printing ABS and PLA, the feed steppers run between 140 deg F and 150 deg F. Is this typical?
