Pro2 - Importing Setting to Right Extruder

Good day! I wonder if there's a way to directly import settings of a specific filament to the Right Extruder. Currently I downloaded the Polyflex settings from Raise3D site but importing places the whole settings to Left Extruder. I'm thinking of printing the lower section of my part in PLA (Left Ex...

Re: PVA on Pro2 - Intermittent Detection

Hmmm! I was thinking that using a RAISE3D filament means that it would work without a hitch on the expensive RAISE3D printer. I wonder if RAISE3D has a plan for this other than disabling some functionality because this would mean we cannot do BIG prints without making sure we have enough material.

PVA on Pro2 - Intermittent Detection

Hello! I'm trying to use PVA for the first time on our Pro 2 ~ Right Nozzle. The filament doesn't get detected consistently. I've used regular PLA (red, black, white) and the "BD-Fuel Pro PLA / APLA Plus - Natural" in the past and I didn't have problems. The BD-Fuel one has very similar al...

Re: PVA printing help please

Have you had success with PVA so far? I'm planning to try one. If you have dialed up your settings, please share.

Thanks!

Re: Overhang print quality with supports

I have the same issue with overhand. It seems like the last layer of support is stuck to the part making it look nasty. They are hard to remove also. Most of the time, I'll just keep them there if the dimensions are not critical.

Re: Thick, Solid PLA Prints are Lifting

Thanks for the reply. I haven't checked this site in a while. I stopped printing with 100% infill (Raise3D filament). I have tried adding cylinder parts on corners that would share raft with the main part, I have tried lifting the part few mm away from the bed, and combinations of both but nothing w...

Re: Best Filament Brand for Each type of Material

For the extrusion width, do you measure the actual extruded filament? I'm trying 3D Fuel PLA (APLA+) now. I used the Pro2 template and updated some settings based on the N2 settings template. I'm able to print successfully but noticed that I can blow easily through the top layer which could only mea...

Thick, Solid PLA Prints are Lifting

Hello! I'm printing 50mm x 100mm x 16mm PLA with 80%. I need the fill because I want the material to be strong enough for supporting some small impacts. The edges are lifting up badly.

Heatbed is set to 60C and extruder is at 210C.

Thanks,
Bajud
