Re: Files stay in uploading queue - Don't move to local storage

I don't see them listed on your web site. How do I go about ordering one?

No. It is the original screen.

Re: Files stay in uploading queue - Don't move to local storage

I am trying to re-install the firmware, to see if that will solve the problem. I've followed the instructions here for rolling back the firmware, but it doesn't work on my N2. Is that more evidence that my touchscreen is going bad? https://support.raise3d.com/E2/how-to-rollback-the-raisetouch-firmwa...

Re: Files stay in uploading queue - Don't move to local storage

What specifically do I need to do?

I followed the steps above. I SSH into the client, go to the root directory and the files are not there.

Re: Files stay in uploading queue - Don't move to local storage

The files are not in the root directory. They are available at the machine. I can print from the Upload Queue.

Re: Files stay in uploading queue - Don't move to local storage

In the past (and on our E2) files automatically move to the "Local Storage." On this machine, they now stay in the "Upload Queue"

Files stay in uploading queue - Don't move to local storage

Recently my N2 stopped showing uploaded files in the "Local Storage" folder. They only appear in the "Uploading Queue" and disappear when power is cycled to the machine.

Any idea what has changed to cause this behavior?

Re: Pause at Height

I DO NOT want to be able to move the axes during pause. I just want the bed to park at the front of the machine instead of the back.

Re: Pause at Height

My request would be an option to have the bed park at the front instead of the back during a pause. That would be more convenient than having to manually move the bed once it is paused.

Pause at Height

I use the "Pause at Height" to insert threaded fasteners into the part. On my E2, when the machine pauses, it puts the bed at the back of the machine. This makes it difficult to insert the fasteners because the gantry covers up much of the bed. Is it possible to change the bed position whe...

Re: Problems with dual estrusion for prototyping.

We ended up turning our N2 into a single nozzle printer for this very reason. The E2 doesn't have this problem because the extruders are independent.

Flexible Build Plate

I see that you sell a PEI build plate for the N2. https://www.raise3d.com/products/3d-printing-build-surface/ How exactly would that work on my N2? Does it come with a flexible steel back and I just add magnets? Is it intended to be stuck to the glass build plate? The instructions are for the Pro, b...

Lost Filament Slicer Settings

We recently purchased a E2 to compliment our N2. I am running ideaMaker 4.01 and after switching my "current printer type" from the N2 to E2 all of my custom slicer settings are gone. Is there any way to get them back?

Printers not showing up in DHCP table

I have two Raise3d printers on our network. Both of them are connected to the network and I am able to connect to them via the ideamaker software.

Neither of them appear in my firewall DHCP table. Is there a setting to change this?
