Re: Raft Gap from Model

As we have explained above, the first layer of the model has a gap with Raft, but the filament will still drop from the height nozzle extrudes the filament onto Raft. If keeping on letting nozzle moving up and printing from that height, the each layer after first layer will be extruded in the air an...

Re: Print Not Starting in Center

You will need to add Code G90 and Code M82 into StartCode.
You can check one of our default template to see how we put these two codes in StartCode.

Re: Major Update & Improvements for Pro2 and N Series

You can the feature called Cool Down Inactive Extruder so that the temperature of the used nozzle will be reduced to the lower target temperature you set when it is not printing.
WipeWall and Wipe Tower can also help wipe the leaking filament on nozzle tips.

Re: Seeking ideaMaker settings for PVA support

The overrider settings for PVA printing are under Printer -> Filament Settings -> PVA 1.75mm. You can check and edit the overrider settings based on your needs.

Re: Print Not Starting in Center

ideaMaker is using absolute extrusion mode, so it is using M82 but not M83. And it is also missing G90 in StartCode as well.

Re: PETG oozing on nozzle switch

The moment nozzle switches, it is still under printing temperature which filament can melt. It will be reduced a lot once the temperature drops to lower. I would recommend you to share your gcode files and images of your dual-extruder printing to http://help.raise3d.com to have our technicians to he...

As your latest post includes your personal information, I have removed the information to be not available to public to see.
For the touchscreen question you mention, it seems a firmware bug. Will forward to developing team.

Re: error sensor:T0 or error sensor:T1

The sudden temperature change is normally caused by cables. You try to heat both nozzles to a target value and move the extruder around to see whether both nozzles temperature change or not. I can help submit a support ticket and find engineers speak Chinese to help you if you'd like to provide your...

Re: Second extruder warms up itself

As you have mentioned that when you found printing stops, the touchscreen is not responding. The all system was down. It sounds like the touchscreen board crashed at that moment. If similar issue happens on your printer very frequently, you may need to consider to swap the touchscreen. The heating c...

Re: Second extruder warms up itself

If you are not going to use Second Nozzle for the moment, comparing with leaving heater rod and temperature sensor out separately which makes the sensor can read actual heater's temperature to stop heating over limitation. I would more recommend you use the Single-Version firmware. Which will block ...

Re: PETG oozing on nozzle switch

Have you tried the cooling down feature in ideaMaker when the extruder is not printing?
You can set the temperature for PETG to be aroudn 220C when the other nozzle is printing. It may can help a little.

Re: PLA Warping? Is it the fan or the PLA?

The printing warping can be related to improper Z offset. The nozzle may be a little far to build plate to provice enough adhesion to hold the model.
