Re: Heatbed temperature regulation issue

It is possible something wrong with the wire at the beginning. As if you unplugging the cable from the bed, the cable is not connecting the motion board to anything then. But you smell the board gets burnt, then the cable could get chance to be shorted.

Re: Heatbed temperature regulation issue

When the temperature on touchscreen shows rising up, the bed is really warm that you can feel, right? If the temperature it reads is correct, it might either be the heatbed itself or motion board or the cables connecting heatbed and motion board. Try unplug the cable with larger connector at the bac...

Re: Sensor Error: TO

It normally means that the nozzle temperature sent back to board is out of normal range. Based on the values in backgroup, the left nozzle temperature is higher than the limitation. Should be something wrong either on heater rod, or extruder board or some cables between extruder board and motion boa...

Would you like to attach your gcode and data files here so that we can see whether there is any other setting is affecting this?
We tried one of your model with default HQ settings and fixed start point at -100,0, each layer always started at the same corner.

Re: Polyflex - too sticky on spool/tubes?

If you are printing PolyFlex, I don't think Top Cover is necessary. It is not a high temperature filament tends to shrink a lot in room temperature.
And having the Top Cover might cause the chamber and extruder too warm then filament can't be loaded properly.

Re: Temperature raising as soon as machine turns on

Normally the heating issue should be related either heater rod itself, or extruder board, or heating rod power cable which is providing power from motion board to extruder board to supply heater rods. To diagnose the issue faster, I would suggest you make contact with our technicians or the supplier...

Try print some other spool holders with stand and put it somewhere higher than printer. Normally loading from higher place will be less resistance comparing with loading from lower place and it will avoid feeding tube as well.

Re: Fixed Layer Start Point

The Start Point of each layer are decided by the rule of Fixed Nearest. If you want to have multiple isolated regions in one layer, and want every layer print in the same order, you can enable the option called Print Parts in Same Order for Each Layer.
