Re: [BUG][IM-3.3.0]Gaps between dense and sparse support in XY

Thanks for your pictures. We think we have already found the reason causing the issue and will fix it in the next version of ideaMaker. BTW, I saw that you were using the 2D mode to preview. We also have different options for 2D mode. You can find them under preferences - visualize gcode by traces w...

Re: Print detached from support during printing - Advice Appreciated

Z hop will increase some print time, but won't be a lot. Please make sure that you are running the latest version of ideaMaker which can provide you more accurate result of estimated printing time. From the picture of your prints you attached before, the print quality looks fine. I'm curious about t...

Re: When to update firmware and raise touch

Have you enable the Raft? Raft has higher layer height, which can reduce the affect not such perfect Z offset. The optimal Z offset position is can pass the feeler gauge but you can feel a little friction from the nozzle.

Have you tried Solid Base Layer and Dense Support Layer for the structure to increase its strength?

Re: How do I keep my print's interior exposed?

Do you mean that you don't want the top and bottom solid fill layer but all the layers are printed with your set infill structure?
If so, you can change the top and bottom solid fill layer to be 0. The options are under Layer tab.

Besides the extruder board, some cables may be damaged during the process, as all communications are delivered through the cables.

Re: Dual Fan Control

I'm not really sure whether the PolyDissolve is something similar to PVA. If so, you can use our PVA override settings in ideaMaker. For Nylon, there is no printing template in ideaMaker but we do have some Nylon material printing template on our website for some brands. You can use those as a begin...

Re: Remove Silicone Covers for High Temps?

The silicone cover won't be damaged when nozzle reaches to our maximum temperature. It won't be melt or fall apart. But higher temperature may cause the cover wear out quicker than lower temperature. You can get some spare ones as replacement for future use.

As the LED lights are able to light up now, please check whether the cooling fan in motion board box is working or not and also test whether you can control the heated bed and also the XYZ movement, to check whether the function...

The option "Fill Gaps in Shells" is designed for adding infill into the gaps between shells.
We will keep on improving travel movement in future versions.

Re: Filament Stepper Motors very hot - even when not printing with nozzle

The current version of RaiseTouch firmware for Pro2 series has added Lower Power Mode option for extruder motors.
If your filament is very sensitive to heat, you can enable Low Power Mode to decrease electric current of the motor.
