Looks like I have the same issue with my Pro3. Exactly.
I will be submitting a ticket.
Just wanted to post so others see this may be a common issue.

New Beta Version - Major problems right away
I just loaded this new Beta version and first thing it did was totally wipe my existing 3rd party printer profiles I've worked on to get just perfect. I haven't backed them up in a while, so this was a big deal for me. Also, I can't add any new profiles, because this functionality does not work prop...

Re: [Feature Request] hide certain filament and also printer in GUI
I agree. We have users at my workplace always complaining about having to navigate all the printers and filaments we never use. I always have to explain that we can't do anything about it. I would love to clean this up and remove all of them that we don't use so I quit having to respond to this comp...

Tree Supports PLEASE!!!
The only thing I feel like this fantastic software is missing is TREE SUPPORTS!! Please, Please, Please add this feature. This would be much more helpful to everyone using this software than the textures that were added!!! Textures are cool, but I'll probably never use them. I would use tree support...

Speeds not being honored on new printer profile
I am having an issue with the speeds that I set not being honored. It is just using some default speed from somewhere all throughout the print. I noticed it on my printer as well as on the preview screen. I can't figure out what is causing this. Anyone have any ideas. This is for a profile for a dif...

Re: Pro2 safety
Unless you have a problem where your motion controller board get shorted. Then it runs away. I had that issue on my Pro2 printer. Luckily I was right there when it happened and the whole hot end started smoking badly. I had to shut off the power. Had to replace the motion controller board to get it ...

I did this mod on my printer after it got to the point where I couldn't do a single print anymore using ABS. I had luckily already printed these parts out and had the fans just hadn't taken the time to do the mod yet. I did this mod, and it's been printing beautifully ever since. Thank you very much...

Re: Pro2 Plus extrusion problems
I recently started getting failed prints on almost every single try. I printed out the parts on a different printer to replace the weak fans on this printer with stronger blower fans and it started printing perfectly again. I haven't had a single issue since doing this mod. I think the front fan is ...

Re: Runout sensor
I have gotten this same error on my printer recently. But it is with the right sensor. Even after taking the cover off and accessing just the circuit board it will not turn on. Don't know why it started doing this all of the sudden.

New Cura 4.2.1 Pro2 Machine Settings and Profile
I know many have asked about settings to use their Pro2 with the new Cura. After compiling information from multiple sources I was able to come up with a great working Machine Setting, and Printing Profile to use on the Pro2. This is for ABS and the settings are similar to the Standard settings in I...

Re: Questioning Pro2 Product Quality - Ongoing Issues
Wait till you need to replace the touch screen, its about $1000, thats what happened to mine and i just wont replace it and will have to settle for remote use. Ya, I just decided to let this thing be a brick for now until I decide what to do with it. Probably better to just sell it as is and get wh...

Re: Questioning Pro2 Product Quality - Ongoing Issues
I just found out that my printer needs a new extruder board and motion controller board. Another $470 and it is still within the year that I purchased the machine but they only warranty things that actually may fail for 90 days so neither are covered. NICE!!! I have to say I am very disappointed. Th...

Re: Temperature raising as soon as machine turns on
It looks like my issue is being narrowed down to the circuit board on the top right of the extruder head. There is a short between the two outer pins where the cable for the heating rod plugs in. On the main board there is no short.

Re: Runaway Heate on Heater Rod as soon as machine is turned on (VERY DANGEROUS)
I put the flames because this is a very dangerous situation. Sometimes I turn the machine on and select a print and trust that it is going to start the print as normal with no issues and walk away and check it a few hours later when I have time. (Since the heated bed takes FOREVER to heat up). If I ...

Yes the screen shows the temperature continuing to climb uncontrollably. It does come up with an error on the screen but still keeps heating like crazy.
I will try to call your support tomorrow. Thank you for the quick response! I didn't think I would hear from you until tomorrow at least.

Re: Printing with one extruder still leaves other extruder hot
I have moved to some other prints, I will have to see if I am still seeing this issue. But as of now I can't do anything with my machine as I am having a runaway heater rod issue that is very bad.
