"Board Error" on N2 Dual

Postby detroitus » Tue Jul 10, 2018 6:02 pm

I've been getting this error fairly often recently. It forces me to restart my system but doesn't seem to harm anything and only occurs after print jobs are complete or when the printer has been sitting idle for a while. I have a relatively new (less than six months old) N2 Dual. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing it?

Where did you place the printer at? If it is not located at any place with cold enviornment, there should have something wrong with the temperature detection system.
You may need to check thermocoupler, ribbon cable and boards.
Please shoot us a support ticket at help.raise3d.com. We have technicians there who can help you go through the checking steps.

Nevermind, I think I found the problem. This started after I removed the second hot end, as described in this post: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=9707&p=33423&hilit=firmware#p33423

I will flash the N2 Single firmware and see if that fixes it.
