PRINTER NOT BOOTING UP! ERROR CODE, NOT RESTARTING!

Hello and Happy New Year Raisers!

Well, I do hope you all have a Happy New Year because my N2 has started the year with a challenge!


I powered on and was faced with this ERROR WARNING prompting a restart. Attempted restart but it made no difference because after going through the process of restarting, touch screen kept returning to this same page, after each attempted restart.


When I "Press here to enter safe mode" and get to Print screen on touch screen, and pull up files for printing, PRINT button is disabled!


The restart function in the Touchscreen setting does not clear the glitch, just brings me back to the Error page.


A factory reset may solve the immediate problem but ..................


ANY ANSWERS FOLKS?

It should be something wrong as your temperature feedback. Please confirm whether you have put you printer in somewhere really cold, as it shows MIN TEMP warning.
If no, then most likely either something wrong with the thermcouplers or ribbon cable. You may need to reach to our technicians to help diagnose at http://help.raise3d.com.

Left Printer in my studio over Christmas, heating off, yes.

Please do not use the printer until the issue has been confirmed by our technicians.
