Hello,
I bought a used N2 +. The former owner has not used it for more than 6 months, at startup the left touch zone no longer works.
I dismounted and passed the slicks to the electrical contact product. It still does not work.
According to you this is a known failure on the screens, is there a calibration to redo on the screen. Do you have any tips for correcting the defect?

From our sides, we normally will ask the customer get a new touchscreen. The issue seems not able to be fixed without replacing some parts.

From what I have read this is a VERY common issue and Raise3D apparently sells a very expensive replacement. Read more here: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=7467&p=36444
