That looks pretty cool. Did you print that at .10?

Great work !

I'm going to test bronzefill and i just have a look to this model on thingiverse
The hat and the skull are 2 "parts" and it's not great, i think we can leave the hat if we pull hard.
I thought to union them in blender or something like that.

You print it as it is ? i was wondering if there's other way to solve these cases ?

Ok, i am new in blender :)
maybe union is what the designer had to do because, i ungroup the the 2 parts to union them in blender and i've got the same result

I have deleted the mesh inside the hat and fill the hole that remains at the bottom. i did the same with the "crater" on the top of the skull.
And then, the union is working and the model is in one piece. I did with blender and also meshmixer to test.

I thick a little bit the sides of the eyes because if you want it 50% or even 75%, S3D will ignore thin walls and leave some holes ( i find ideamaker better on this point because it manages to print a sigle wall when it's necessary...).
But, i had to do that manually... and there's a function in meshmixer that fix thickness (print-->repair parameter->fix minimum thcikness 1,00mm for exemple) but it has not corrected the both sides, only the right side eye... i change the thickness but it's not related.... i don't understand why. Or maybe, it's the limit of the software...

on the left (50%), it's like out of the printer
on the right (70%), i've grinded it
i will let the right one outside tonight and finish it tomorow with a incolor coat...

What settings did you get to work with your copperfill? Are you using a modified extruder or stock?

I've been playing with settings for months and can't get it to finish even a small job.
