unless I made a mistake, the volume from a 400um nozzzle is 4x that of a 200um nozzle for the same extrusion rate! This should be handled by ideamaker under the printer settings BUT i suspect that you will need to print much slower, so since default is 50mm/sec, Id start with 10mm/sec and do a bunch of tests increasing speed by 10mm/sec and see what looks best. ALSO you will likely have too much part cooling so you may want to block that partially. Do an overhang test too, I'll bet its great. You should also problably drop your retraction way down to nothing over 0.25mm

Set both nozzle diameter in printer settings and extrusion width in advanced settings from 0.4mm to be 0.2mm.
Use No raft since the default Raft was designed for 0.4mm nozzle.
Edit the first layer height to be the same as other layers. Or the 0.3 is too big for 0.2mm nozzle.
Slow down the printing speed as walshlg suggested due to higher extrusion pressure from smaller diameter.

Do we need to change any other settings apart from the ones mentioned on our posts?
And it would be great if Raise3d team puts up an informative video regarding the same so it would help the community when they plan on going from 0.4 to 0.2 nozzle.
Thanks a ton!

One more point, if your model has very fine details (which normally we use 0.2mm nozzle to get), you need edit the Thin Wall Width in Other tab to be 0.3mm.
Notes taken.
