If you have a dual-extruder machine, the two cooling fans are constant on for both coldend cooling and model cooling. We don't suggest to turn it off, or the throat tube of the hotend cannot keep at low temperature. That may cause filament soften too early.
If you have a single extruder machine, one cooling fan is constant on as dual, another downward fan can be controlled by code.

We have attached a fan bottom cover to block the downward cooling air for model cooling. Install it so that there will have no more cooling air to model.
