Where do these "pimples" come from?
They are easy to scrape off, but there remains a slight visual impairment.

Did this issue only happen with this file or it happened on all your prints?
May I ask for the gcode file of this one?

Hmmmhhh I do not really know exactly which settings are the right ones.
In "Main Template"
In "Group and Layer Settings"
P.S.
Can someone explain to me in what context the settings "Main Template" / "Group and Layer Settings" and what settings are finally saved for printing, Thanks

probably not related but it seems weird that you have the Extrusion Width at 0.44mm in one window and 0.40mm in the other. is that normal on a Pro2?
Re: Where do these "pimples" come from?

The Group and Layer Settings has higher priority than Main settings. As those settings only affect specific group or layers user define, but not the whole print project with as Main Settings.
If you do want to keep your group and layer settings for some prints but not all, you can add a new empty group to move models no need special group and layer settings in.
Have you ever tried run any temperature and retraction calibration tower with this filament?
