I'm having great success with the following settings on my Pro2.

Filamentive PETG with carbon fibre
Nozzle temp 255C
Bed 70C
Nozzle 0.6mm Olsen ruby
Infill 100%

Something you might want to try - rather than 100% infill, I've had good luck with 9999 bottom layers when I want a solid part. I find the construction is more seamless.

I need to test it. I didn't yet. My Raise is working all day and day and I was ordered Beast V2 printer kit also ;)

The Olsson Ruby looks like a great nozzle, but their site shows it as being incompatible with the Raise3D pro2. Which nozzle did you buy from them / did you have to change the hotend on the Pro2/ what, if any, changes did you have to make for it to work?
Thanks!

Non compatability? That's interesting. I just swapped out the stock nozzle for the Ruby. No other changes. I might have to investigate further.
