How to print dual color

Postby SACRISNC » Thu Dec 06, 2018 12:50 am

I have a Raise 3D N2 Pro with dual extruders. I have a Christmas sign where I want to print the last few layers into a different color of which is in the second extruder. It is just lettering of holiday greetings. How do I do It?

You can use Free Cut in ideaMaker to divide your model to be two parts. And chose each part the nozzle you'd like to print with.
Recommend to use Left nozzle to print the majority parts.

Or just clip the filament just before the first extruder, and then follow it into the extruder with the second filament until it starts pulling in the second filament.
