One problem when printing big 2 color prints, is that the leakage from the nozzle drains the second (R) nozzle of plastic by the time its ready to print. Consequently, the first layer from the second nozzle is empty until it finally gets some extrusion going. This could be improved by starting the first layer of the wipewall with the R extruder so it acts like a skirt. After that it works well, printing 2 layers of each color and then should print the wipewall of the color (head) it is switching to before it prints that color (head).

hope this explanation is clear.
