Sorry if I have to mention this time the competition, but since I myself was a customer of Zortrax I have to mention the MODEL support page of Zortrax ...
SO must be a support page for your own hardware / software that truly explains StepbyStep's instructions for repair and / or problems.
RAISE3D if you would make this a role model would be, among other things, more potential left over to improve Raise3D Hard / Software.

Wow! Thanks for the link and info. We are looking for a printer right now. The plan was to get a Pro2 but when we learned the firmware was now going to be closed source it gave us pause. We were planning on adding an auto bed leveling however it seems that's not possible on the pro2 series. We therefore starting looking at the N2, but it seems we need a lot of upgrades with that one.
Someone had suggested Zortrax but we stopped looking once we saw the proprietary filament and software. Should have looked closer this this support is HUGE! Thanks
