Camera sample test is on-going, and filament detector as well.

For the APP, it is already on our request list. But we will start with control under same LAN first. If all functions passed, then consider long distance remote control.

I love that I can see my printer dashboard on my laptop via wifi, but I want to be able to see it on my phone & tablet too. It would be great to have a 5 star app straight away but, realistically, this could be a read-only app initially that gets additional functionality over time.
In my case I have already solved the camera requirement with a low cost wifi camera (£35 when I bought it) and a free iPhone app https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00 ... UTF8&psc=1

Can't you just set up port forwarding on your router and enter the URL in your phone's browser?

That would be good. But for it to be possible, the touchscreen controller would have to be running a webserver and I don't believe it is on my N1. Certainly not on port 80.

Does anybody know of a way to do this today?

Ah, my bad, I thought it did run a server. What I usually do is remote into my office PC which is running IdeaMaker, but that's probably not convenient from a phone.

Yes, first, take a local computer on your network that already has ideamaker installed and can control the printer.
Then install Teamviewer and also install it on your mobile device.

PC access the printer via Ideamaker- you access your PC remotely via secure Teamviewer.

I use Chrome Remote, but not sure if it's available for phones.
