Two different sized nozzles: Feature request

I recently bought two different sized nozzles for my dual extrusion N2. I would like to be able to use both nozzle sizes in the same print. For example, I could use my .4mm nozzle for easy to remove supports and build the model very quickly with a .8mm nozzle. Or print the external shells with a .2mm nozzle for fine details, and print the internal structures with a .4mm for speed.

I would also like to be able to set separate settings for each extruder so that I can print two materials at the same time. For example, I would like to print a design that has pieces that are TPU, and pieces that are PLA. This would be very difficult since the retraction and speed setting would need to be very different for each plastic.

This one is still high on the list, I have a few users calling in asking for it as well. It is not a simple thing to just add in and it will take us time to do so.

Almost done already. Will be added into next version of ideaMaker.
We may consider release beta version on forum first for test, then post onto our website.
