Carbon Fiber ABS Benchy w/ acetone vapor treatment

Postby mattyfz450 » Sat Nov 11, 2017 7:48 pm

3DXTech CarbonX ABS Benchy print with a quick 5 min Acetone vapor treatment! Came out great.. can't wait to make some functional / aesthetically pleasing automotive components. Best of all, this was printed with default ABS settings... simple.

0.4mm nozzle for this particular print. But am starting to use a 0.8mm quite a bit now as well

Not sure the 0.4mm one you used is copper one or harden type one. We will more recommend you to print Carbon Fiber with harden type one, or filament may abrade the copper nozzle very soon.
