something really bad just happened

Hi guys
i really need your help on this one
can you tell me what are the spear parts i need to order to fix my problem?:(
BTW iv being told that i need a new "thermal couple" and a new "heating rod" if so do i also can get some kind of a tutorial that shows how to fix it myself?

I think you need to confirm whether you can remove the probes of the broken thermocouple and heating rod from your hotend first.

Maxtemp error is normally due to that the thermocouple reads an unusual high temperature which the nozzle normally cannot reach. So that is mostly a bad thermocouple. But your heating rod seems have broken cable too, so you may need to replace together.

yeh when it goes bad the filament can stick to the wires and yank them off. It can be hard to get the thermocouple out but if you can heat the block you can stick a pin (sawed off nail) in the back end of the hole and push through using pliers. OTOH if it's broken you can just grab the can and pull it out even if you crush it, no loss.
