Zebra Flexible Frog

This is the toughest thing I've ever printed! Its printed with semiflex for the black and ninjaflex for the white.

(I'll post a thread later on my thoughts on dual head printing of flexible filaments)

Good! I like that. I did almost the same, black and white too!
Last week, I printed black and white parts; white ABS + black TPU, or black ABS.
I had difficulties with colors mixed together... I tried many temperatures, retract, wipewall, etc...
How did you achieved a good print like this?
Do you have the Bondtech extruders? Because it is hard to print with the Raise3d right extruder...

I am just using the N2+ head, it was very difficult and I had to use the R head at 240C for semiflex and L at 220C for ninja. Had all sorts of oozing but wipewall got most of the problems. One trick is select print inner shells first since the first thing it prints on color change is where the biggest mess occurs. Then I cleaned up slowly and lastly went over all the stuble with a very fine control heat gun (typically used for surface mount soldering parts)

Ok thanks for your explanations, I appreciate.
We cannot select "printer inner shells first ", am I right? You mean not to select " print external shell first " ?

yes that's it.

Another thing to try is to add some columns of single color near the patches of color but out away from the print so the head MAY drag the ooze away from your real print. It would work a lot better if we could dirct the print head on where to go on each retraction but I've yet to see any software that intelligent.
