Removed one nozzle, got error

Postby Mike100370 » Mon Jul 02, 2018 7:29 pm

Hi. I'm new to the 3D print world and I have a new N2+ that is having print issues. I removed one of the nozzles in attempt to debug and isolate the problem. Now when the machined is powered on, I get an error. Can anyone share some advice?

Have you disconnect the thermcoupler together with your removed nozzle?
The origin firmware will check both nozzles' temperature no matter you set printer in the touchscreen either with one nozzle or two.

You can flash the single version firmware to let the boards ignore the secone nozzle's temperature.

Thanks Vicky. I was not sure if disconnecting these would cause a problem. I reconnected the thermocouple and the error message went away.
