tolerance on filament run out sensor is too tight

Postby Jab136 » Thu May 24, 2018 10:16 am

it completely jams if there is even the slightest imperfection in the filament. I had a print fail last night because of it. Even when it is operating properly, the added feeding resistance from the sensor itself, let alone the tight bends required to get the filament from the sensor through the pass throughs caused skipped steps on my bondtech extruder, requiring me to increase the voltage.
