Are both nozzle diameters from factory 0.4mm??
Ive been having some issues with rough finishes on the parts since changing the guide tube in the hotend.
I just checked both nozzles and the left one is much larger then the other right.
I'm just about to switch them over, to see if this fixes the issue.

I recommend to do a calibration test. If the flowrate is abnormal, you need to replace a nozzle.

Two ways to do calibration:
1. Print a no infill, no top solid layer, one outer shell's 20mm box. Measure the thickness of the shell.
2. Print a 100% in fill's 20mm box. Check whether the top surface is flat.
