Use the nose of waterpump pliers to hold the heating block at the front while unscrewing the nozzle with a fitting socket. The Nose might not bite much on the block, but it's enough to hold it place and not break anything alse than the withstanding powers of the thread. I saw a printed tool on thingiverse, i personally don't think it's the best idea to proceed, but hey whatever it takes to get the job done.
