Does not show window

Postby 3D ART » Thu Apr 05, 2018 2:06 pm

Hello! There is such a problem that when I turn on the ideamaker, both the oldest and the latest version, it does not show anything. Only a frame is shown. Maybe someone has had such a problem? Maybe my video card is too small? Thank you!

Loading windows 10 on a seriously outdated laptop hardware with INTEL GMA graphics and a Celeron for a processor, sorry, that is just not up to par here. That is the answer, your graphics sub system and drivers are what is preventing this from working. In fact, that laptop may have performed better under Windows 7 drivers.

Again, what happened here. That laptop did not come with windows 10 from the factory, and as such, given the age of the components and specifications, it's way underpowered even for Windows 10 on a good day. Windows 10 may not support drivers and some of the other details to get the required 3D acceleration Ideamaker is attempting to use.
