N1 problem

Would recommend you to start from checking the ribbon cable and thermocouples connections on extruder board whether they are loose connection or not first. Remove and connect them onto board to make the cables are tightly fixed.

I did the recommended checks,I measured and sensors,cable they are OK but mistakes continue to repeat.
What else can I do?

If the problem is not due to poor connection, then might be hardware itself.
Our support engineer should have already mailed to you on weekend. Please check and reply.
