No Template files on Ubuntu install

Postby NerdyBerdy » Sun Sep 17, 2017 11:55 pm

Hi All,

Just trying out IdeaMaker on Ubuntu 16.04. Installed the DEB and it runs fine, but when I go to slice it opens a dialog with an empty Templates box. I checked the YT-video but it was no help. I assume I need to add those Templates that must be missing from the .DEB file build.

Is there a v2.5.0 .DEB O can get?

Thanks, it looks good, but it ain't a slicer unless it slices. :)

I will test this out on my Ubuntu box and get back to you on this. What video card are you running?

I have templates in my install. Do you have a printer selected? See my photos.

usually no settings mean that you haven't selected a printer in printer settings

Thanks.

Sorry for the delay have not had time to get back here. I found a fairly simple explanation on youtube and that solved it for the time being.
