I would have to ask in the marlin firmware if you can set each to different values. Likely the raise3d 1.1.1 firmware based on 1.0.1 or 1.0.2 can not do it. There are factors that can effect them so they have different values. insulation of the hotend, different nozzles, cooling affects on the cold ends come to mind.

also to note, the bed by default is not even set to PID mode.

There is an option for PID_PARAMS_PER_HOTEND in marlin firmware 1.1.0

As firesped said, we are using the customized Marlin 1.0.2 version which does not support using separate PID tuning result for different nozzle. And based on our test, the difference between left and right sometimes is really huge, especially at high temperature. We think that the result of right side is not such accurate.
Please use left side as reference.
