I have done quite a bit of velocity painting on my N2+ using both simplify 3d and IdeaMaker. Is there a particular part of the process you are stuck on?

Thank you mate. I can't project texture. After processing G-code file is plain as before - cylinder 10x10 cm placed on the middle of the bed... I think the main issue is bed positon. Rasie bed zero is at middle or at corner?

Jetguy is right, so the center should be x=152.5 and y=152.5 if you slice something in the center of the bed.

I'm trying but without effect... Pro Plus 2 and last IdeaMaker.

Cylinder 100x100 mm. Bed center.

OK, so part of the failure is, your source gcode you put into Velocity painting is not proper vase mode single wall gcode.
What it looks like you may have done is sliced an object that is already hollow (AKA a 2 shell object) and because it has a wall thickness and multiple shell outlines at the STL level, when the slicer created gcode, there are 2 outline shells. Vase mode does not slice this properly.

So then because your source gcode is incorrect, Velocity painting cannot change the segments in non existing single spiral path in your gcode.

I suggest you go back and read this topic on first creating and slicing STLs that work with vase mode.

Also note, be sure to disable the thin wall option in Ideamaker known to also potentially create "bad" gcode paths.
Again, a good topic to read with vase mode examples viewtopic.php?f=3&t=6845&p=27482&hilit=vase+mode#p27256

Example is, this is much better solid single shell object to start (scale up as required to get your basic size)https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2286718
Solid cylinder.jpg

The idea being, you intentionally start with a known solid single shell object, and via the slicing settings, by turning off roof layers and enabling vase mode, you will get a true single wall spiral vase mode resulting gcode.
Here is that example scaled 300% and my custom spiral vase mode profile I'm attaching you can import. (Pro2 Vase Mode-export.zip)
Vase mode good example resulting gcode.jpg

If you slice an already hollow object STL, that STL actually has walls and wall thickness. The slicer tries to follow both the inside and outside wall with the path. This results in the exact error you appeared to have, a 2 shell resulting gcode. Again, here is an example object not ideal for Vase mode. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2803428

While in testing I am not getting the typical error and double wall you have shown in your gcode preview, this is still not "the ideal" source STL file I would select if I intended to do vase mode with velocity painting.
Pre-hollowed STL file.jpg

Here are the example profile and example resulting gcode I have generated that I would think would be good test source gcode for import into Velocity painting.

I cannot guarantee every one of those settings is perfect for every print. I'm just sharing what i would start off with settings for vase mode, and preview the gcode every time to ensure I was getting the shape and options I wanted. Also, I know someone will argue that vase mode works with hollow STL objects. My advice was and is consider that luck when it does work rather than telling new users who may not have the technical background and experience. To blanket say throw any STL at a vase mode profile and it will produce "proper" spiral vase mode gcode is just not good advice.

I don't know what source STL file you used and what profile settings in Ideamaker you sliced with, but it would be good to understand how and what as an example we got to this specific failed vase mode result.

Nothing still, I will try with your files. I need to find error source.

Even from your files, I can't do it. Still the same story.

Here is an example based on the source gcode I posted earlier and the raise 3D logo file I found on the web.

Also, I don't think the speeds I chose are the best starting point. http://www.velocitypainting.xyz/gui/help.html
That said, that's one of those filament specific settings and requires simple testing with various prints.
Recommendations

* Before slicing your object, make sure it is centered on the print area.
* Slice your object at constant speed. Outlines and infill MUST be set at the same speed, do not allow your slicer to reduce the speed if a layer is faster than xx seconds to print.
* A ratio of 3/1 between fast speed and slow speed is recommended. Do not go below 2/1 (e.g. for a fast speed of 90mm/s, slow speed should be below 45mm/s).

Also, I had to play around with the image offset values. It took me 7 tries to find the correct values to center the image and even then, I'm not even remotely claiming I got it centered or perfect in that example.

Well you are previewing in Ideamaker with the color based on what extruder is selected. Velocity painting changes the speed AKA feed rate.
Your preview is not set to even examine that as shown. You have to select that dropdown menu in the lower right and choose speed as the value you are interested in seeing.
