I was 24 hours into a 53 hour print and this happens.

Woah, this is a Pro 2 and it was actively switching between print heads during the print? Can you see any broken pieces in there?

The shroud that hold the front fan broke. I am designing a new one and will print a replacement.

Just so you better understand what you are looking at, see these previous photos of the hotend system specific to the Pro2 series.
The basic idea is that there is a new lower metal base to the central crossing block. This is what facilitates the mechanics of the moving nozzle system. They are a hollow shaft that then uses a clamp to clamp to the upper shank of the throat tube on the new Pro2 hotends.

Again, there is a clamp that basically holes more or less, 2 rounds shanks together, and that mounts the hotend. It appears that clamp got knocked loose and the hotend fell and is hanging by the thermocouple and heater wiring.

That clamp is then tightening to the upper shank above the heatsink here.

I understand all that because I have had to take this $4k POS apart more times than I have printed.

I was having trouble with my right extruder not lowering when it was the only selected extruder (discussed later in this thread - viewtopic.php?f=2&t=8408). Raise3D just sent me a new Pro2 printer. That was apparently less expensive than figuring out what to replace in the existing system.
