Raise3D N2 Plus - printing problem

Postby spyros » Tue May 08, 2018 9:43 am

Hello everyone,

I am facing a small problem and I hope that someone might able to give a piece of advice.

I have this printer less than a year. We have done some very succesful prints, but during the last 10 days, the printer after 3 hours of printing will stop extruding. Filament will stop coming out, but the nozzle will keep on moving until the screen says that print was finished successfully.

I have tried to clean the nozzle, change the temperature, change filament or even print with the right extruder but still nothing. I keep on getting the same results. A very smooth print that after 3h more or less remains unfinished. Any ideas?

Many thanks,

Is the extruder gear still turning but not pushing the filament through or does the gear stop stop moving as well?

You may need to advise the filament type, printing settings.
Have you ever tried with hand push after no extruding happens? Can feeding continue or not?
